Refund Policy

All services provided by Bliss Aesthetics & Wellness Clinic LLC are non-refundable once performed. By receiving treatment, you acknowledge that products used (including but not limited to neuromodulators, injectables, and wellness injections) cannot be returned or reversed once administered.

Individual results may vary, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Prepaid services or packages are non-refundable but may be applied toward other services at the clinic’s discretion.

Bliss Aesthetics & Wellness Clinic LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment when, in our professional judgment, a patient’s expectations cannot be reasonably met.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so online or by phone/text at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a $15 cancellation fee.

Bliss Aesthetics & Wellness Clinic provides medical services in compliance with Missouri Law under a formal Collaborative Practice Agreement with a Missouri licensed physician. All medical and aesthetic care at Bliss Aesthetics & Wellness Clinic is delivered by properly licensed professional within the scope of their training and Missouri regulations.

Rebecca Lewis, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Missouri, Illinois, and Colorado.

Therapy services are provided exclusively by Brittanie Thebeau, LPC, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and are not medical services. Medical services in these packages are provided separately by Rebecca Lewis, FNP and are not a substitute for mental health counseling.

Participation in any package does not establish a patient-provider relationship for services outside the scope of selected treatments. These packages are offered for convenience and wellness purposes only. For urgent medical or mental health concerns, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
